My Philosophy on life and Coaching is that we are on this planet to express our unique gifts. Our gifts are talents, abilities, skills, offerings and presents that can be improved, developed, refined, allowed and utilized. These gifts can lie dormant until we decide to wake them up and start utilizing them. Life situations such as low self-esteem, stress, poor health, loneliness and a bleak outlook on life can prevent one from seeing their innate beauty and gifts.
As a coach, it is my privilege to assist you in discovering your gifts, perhaps for the first time. There are many challenges in life, both real and perceived, where having a coach would be invaluable in helping one navigate through a possible dark night of the soul to the kind of life and experiences they would prefer.
Many of us carry around old, negative beliefs that no longer serve us and we may need permission to release them and adopt new habits and beliefs that help us break out of the self-imposed “box” and gain a higher consciousness in the mind, body and spirit.
The beauty of being a coach is that we are guides. We assist the client in reaching a high level of independence and not stay clients forever, which can foster dependency. As a coach, I offer measureable and achievable action steps to give the client a sense of success on a daily basis as they set and reach their goals in life, wellness and holistic self-care.
As an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, I have been approved by the Chopra Center to help my clients, friends and family practice the lessons of healthy, balanced living taught at the Chopra Center. I am personally committed to practicing the methodologies taught in the Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant Program.
Lastly, I have referred to myself as the bliss coach…I believe that when we aspire to optimize what we already do for survival and raise those things to levels of excellence and enjoyment, we can truly reach blissfulness. Blissfulness is just an exotic word for pure joy. Being in a constant state of love and blissfulness makes us a better vibrational match for whatever we wish to achieve. I have studied the concept of being a vibrational match to our desires and the Law of Attraction from the works Abraham-Hicks and other teachers and resources.
