-Please do not signup unless you, or a representative, can manage your table for the entire day.
-Must provide a color, jpeg image of your logo and/or ad as an email attachment
by the stated deadline for the Exhibitor Sheet and Magazine.
-When event attendees visit your table, you or your rep must verify their visit by initialing your logo on their Exhibitor Sheet.
-Setup begins at 7:00am. See above for location. Must be completely set up before 9am.
-You will be requested to sit in the audience during presentations and workshops. Your cooperation with this is appreciated.
-Ample breaks for exhibitor visits are scheduled.
-You get one 6 ft, skirted table and two chairs. Please do not bring banners and stands that take up more than 6 ft of space.
-You are invited to provide an item for the approx 200 goodie bags (“Bliss Kits”). Example: coupon, product sample, brochure…Please arrive early enough to place your item(s) in the goodie bags yourself.
-You are requested to provide a mylar balloon (helium-filled) to decorate your table.
-You are requested to provide a gift for our raffle drawing. Please keep your gift visible on your table until it's time for the raffle drawing. A portion of the raffle proceeds will benefit the designated charity.-Make sure you provide a sign-up sheet on your table for collecting visitor information for post-event follow-up and finishing unfinished conversations. When presentations are about to begin, assist in getting the visitors back to their seats along with yourself.
-You are an attendee first and foremost, and an exhibitor second. Neither you, nor your rep should be left at the table during presentations and workshops. This helps prevent scattered energy. Again, your cooperation with this is appreciated.
